What counts as an enrichment?

An enrichment is when you unlock the full contact details (email, phone, title) for a person. Searching and browsing company data is free and unlimited. Starter gets 100 enrichments/month, Pro gets 500, Business gets 2,000.

Is there really a free tier?

Yes. Sign up, search 650,000+ UAE companies, and enrich 10 contacts every month, free forever. No credit card. When you've used your 10 for the month, upgrade to Starter ($29/mo), add a top-up, or wait for the monthly reset.

Can I change plans mid-month?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. You get the new limits right away and pay the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date. No penalties either way.

What happens when I hit my enrichment limit?

You can still search, browse companies, and view previously enriched contacts. New enrichments are blocked until you buy a top-up or the next billing cycle. Top-ups never expire: $25/100 on Starter, $20/100 on Pro, $12/100 on Business.

Do annual plans lock me in?

Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months at up to 17% off the monthly price. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. No early termination fees.

Is AI intelligence included in all plans?

AI intelligence is included in Pro and Business. Starter and Free include search, enrichments, and source attribution but not AI briefings. If you want AI intelligence, upgrade to Pro. It's the plan built for teams doing real outbound.

What happens if an enrichment doesn't find anything?

You don't get charged. If our enrichment waterfall can't find verified contact data, the enrichment doesn't count against your quota. No match = no charge.

What happens when you raise prices?

Existing customers are grandfathered for 12 months from any price change. We notify 90 days in advance, in writing.
